A sample of recent jobs around Grenon Falls. Every project was photographed, logged and backed by our written guarantee.
Northgate Hair Salon Co. has been serving Grenon Falls, OK and the surrounding community since 1992. What started as one truck and a phone number is now a full crew of licensed, background-checked technicians — and we still answer our own phones.
We keep our pricing honest and our schedules tight. Every job is inspected, photographed and backed by a written guarantee, and our office follows up on every single ticket. That's how we've kept Grenon Falls homeowners calling us — and sending their neighbors.
More than 34 years of showing up on time and doing the job right. Here's what that looks like in practice.
If something we fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right. The guarantee is in the paperwork, not in a slogan on the truck.
A week after the job, someone calls to make sure everything is still running. Most companies never pick up the phone after they're paid.
We run a tight schedule across Grenon Falls and we honor it. If something shifts, you hear it from us first — not from an answering service.
Every technician on the Northgate Hair Salon Co. crew carries the right credentials for the job — and every job is backed in writing. No surprises at the invoice.
“We compared three companies for an emergency repair. Northgate Hair Salon Co. was the only one that answered the phone, showed up on time, and left the place cleaner than they found it. We'd call again without hesitation.”
“Our a heating failure in January turned out to be worse than we thought, but the team walked us through the options in plain English. Fair pricing, tidy work, and they followed up a week later.”
“I called them after a a burst pipe. The crew showed up the next morning, gave a straight quote, and the work was done in two days. Zero surprises on the invoice.”
Whether it's an emergency or a weekend project, we're one call away. Estimates are free, and we answer our own phones.
